答案是B, C为啥不对？

a history of high blood pressure runs in the family 与 higher-than-average blood pressure 并列，共同作with 的宾语，修饰young people

首先语法上就有问题：a history of high blood pressure runs in the family 非谓语位置不能出现谓语runs-要改成running

再说，就算改成running还是不选，什么叫 a history... running? 或者 blood pressure running? 这种表达make no literal meaning...

解释说：changes in mesurement的核心词汇是measurements，所以重心转移了，原句是说strain的变化而不是measurements的变化；

另外固定搭配：Varoations in sth
