A 文中是比较 low levels 与 normal or high levels,A却比较normal levels and high levels,无关比较
B 文中是说 immune system 对mental illness and physical disease的影响，B选项反过来说，而且说的不是immune system而是body system. 无关
C 把选项取非。People with high immune-system activity can develop mental illness ．对原文起不到削弱作用。排除
D 取非。 Mental illness cause people's immune-system activity to decrease ． Mental illness 影响了immune-system activity levels,削弱了原文所说的是由于immune-system activity 影响Mental health.
E 明显的无关比较。
ASSUMPTION 题一般采用取非，如果某选项能够weaken原文，就是答案。屡试不爽嘿嘿

但是我不明白为什么D是正确的，
