为什么选D。一直都没有想明白。
个人理解：
原题意思是--每年增加的工作岗位比减少的工作岗位要多+新增工作岗位的工资高于城市平均工资===>城市平均工资每年增加。
结论的前提是D:减少的工作岗位，都是工资和城市平均工资相等的岗位。因为如果都是工资巨多的那些人没了工作，会把城市平均工资拉下来的。所以减少的岗位要至少和城市平均水平相等
