原文逻辑：

新油田数量增加但是 U国的出口不增加。

那么WHY

A，油价不变，油价不变怎么会影响出口呢？无关

B. 国内对石油的消费上涨，更多原油投放国内，抑制出口。有关。

C 石油投资来自海外。(如果海外经济好，那么投资会增大，油田更多了，出口说不定也会增加weaken原文）--这些只是infer。其实C有点out of scope

D 新技术可以从老油田采油。油源变多了，那出口更加可能增加。weaken原文。

E 新油田和老油田产出一样，但是原文说新油田数量更多。那么整体产量提高了。出口有可能提升。weaken原文。
