标题: 今天拿到剑桥offer 昨天面试(should I go?)
I went to Cambridge Judge Business school yesterday and got the email offer letter this afternoon.
Cambridge admission office is just sooo efficient.
I was totally amazed.

(1)
Went to Oxford Said for interview this afternoon. Still have Columbia
and Yale interviews to go this week. Will see how they go. It's a
trade-off. I love one year program and historical campus such as
Cambridge and Oxford, but I can't tolerate the bad weather in UK and
also the ranking of business schools is not as high as Yale and
Columbia.

(2) I have master degree from a good US school and a
pretty good career in the U.S. right now. Will probably be promoted to
Director of Sales Strategy in a top media company this June. Leave in a
lovely city with sunshine every single day. Not sure if I should really
leave for a MBA.

Would love to hear your advice!

I am inexperienced compared to u, so i am unable to provide u constructive suggestion...and i dun think many people in this forum have comparable experience with u..

maybe u should consult someone "guru" who can provide more insights for u r career prospective

当然选哥伦比亚了，美国比英国好找工作，不然就选剑桥，耶鲁大于牛津，不过都不太牛呀。

Why not INSEAD or IMD if you prefer one-yr program?

To go to Oxbridge (1-year program) at this time?

I do not see much value-added, considering your background.

You might consider Columbia, forget other three choices, unless you want more on the experinces rather than career-enhancement.

Nope you shall not, no matter how good the business school is. Considering your work background, there is no need to get a full-time MBA, because most people who go to a MBA intend to change their jobs or get promoted. Since you have it all, why bother to waste time and money on a full-time MBA? Unless the director or even higher position will be waiting for you after you come back from a one-year MBA programme, otherwise it’s just completely pointless.

现在找在欧洲找工作难度很大，你如果没有身份，CAM毕业了选择度就少了。

当然有牛工作背景，可能不一样。

which kind of the media company are you in? I do a reporter and presenter in singapore tv station,but I cant see the future in this career,so I am so confused if i change the career or restay in media after my mba.thanks a lot.

不做投行咨询，没必要读top mba，找个能发全奖的排名前30的去读读，玩玩，绝对惬意

我也认为，以楼主的背景，如果不打算换行，part-time的MBA就可以了
