D和E我不太确定。不过similar to后面应该是跟名词吧

请问，为什么不是enbles sb to do sth, to do sth,and to do sth.?? 还是说后面两to都被省略了，实际上这里是有平行的。

my two ways to get Answer D: 1. parallel 2. usage ( to one's satisfaction)
A. not parallel and use wrong usage. ( ...enables to single out...., begin.., and,if the negotiations do not conclude to ..., impose sanctions.)
B. use wrong usage.
C. not parallel and use wrong usage.
D. correct.
E. not parallel.

真滴搞不懂，253题，Adam Smith's two major books和Marx's Das Kapital，这两个的主语不都是指书么？第一个是smith 的major books，第二个是marx的Das Kapital，这也是一本书呀，为什么答案总是说Marx's Das Kapital，这个就不是书呢？
