这儿为什么要用that引导的从句, 难道propose funding... to be.... 不可以吗? 谢谢

however, it's right to say ' propose sb to do sth'

我想OG的意思是说，C所提到的那一串东西应该是一件事情。描述一件有主词有动作的事情要用句子，用单词不好。所以应该用用that引导名词性完整从句。fficeffice" />

propose sb. to do sth. 肯定是错的，propose doing, propose to do,propose that可以。请查阅牛津现代高级英汉双解词典，这个词典对每一个动词都有详细的用法解释。propose和suggest肯定是不可以带不定式做宾语补语的。但许多中国学生都会有这个误解，因为中文是可以说建议某人做某事的。但在英文中只能说advise sb. to do sth.,不能说propose sb. to do sth.。
