个人看法，仅供参考啊
首先读A的时候，得看出link... with...的句型，然后发现A有个consumption of alcohol, and particularly of red wine,这就要注意了，GMAT非常喜欢平行结构的
再看B，with a moderate alcohol consumption, particularly red wine。with 酒的消费，尤其是红酒 （不觉的别扭吗，应该是“尤其是红酒的消费”这样才算符合逻辑） 还有后面你的began growing 也不对，在这里应该是begin to do （没见过begin doing，但是一般都是begin to do）
C，moderate alcohol consumption, and particularly of red wine，这两个用and连接的部分根本不平行，前面应该是consumption of alcohol；which was linked with a reduced risk of heart disease，其中which不能一起指代前面的两个内容，只能就近指代。还有最关键的一点错误，就是 caused them to begin to grow again，这个cause改变了原文的意思，原文根本没想表达“原因--结果”的关系，即使cause，那么cause的原因或许也该是report啊。
D，with a reduced risk of heart disease linked in a 1991 report with moderate alcohol consumption，这个选项错误太多了，可以说句子结构的顺序是全部混乱，并且极其啰嗦，首先第一个with就不对，独立主格都跑出来了，不嫌麻烦。然后in 1991 report的位置就不对，放在这个位置很容易被理解为in 1991 report是修饰动词linked，那么言外之意就是，只有在1991年的report他们才link，在其他年的就不link了，这显然改变了意思。还有with moderate alcohol consumption, in particular red wine ，alcohol consumption 根本就不是在 red wine里的，alcohol consumption 和red wine consumption是并列的关系，最后they began growing 也错误

C. and particularly of red wine，改变了原义强调alcohol中的wine，变成了并列。Which的先行词变成了wine，改变了原句修饰alcohol consumption的意思。最重要的是，主句的意思变成了moderate alcohol consumption使得Sales of wines开始增长了。
D. in a 1991 report的位置不对，使得这种联系只发生在1991年report里，而不是1991年report反应出来的。将consumption和red wine进行类比，比较对象不对等。With独立主格使用awkward。
E. in a 1991 report位置错，同D。and in particular red wine造成和in a 1991 report平行，改变原句意思。started them growing错。原句意思变成a reduced risk
