前提If the airspace around centrally located airports were restricted to commercial airliners and only those private planes equipped with radar, 结论most of the private-plane traffic would be forced to sue outlying airfields.（进一步的结论？） Such a reduction in the amount of private-plane traffic would reduce the risk of midair collision
around the centrally located airports.

The conclusion draw in the first sentence depends on which of the following assumptions?

A. Outlying airfields would be as convenient as centrally located airports for most pilots of private planes.

B. Most outlying airfields are not equipped to handle commercial-airline traffic. outside the scope of the question

选对答案是没有问题的。但是结论定位在了最后一句话，就会开始思考reduce the risk of midair collision 和reduction in the amount of private-plane traffic之间是否有gap?比如说应该有假设：private planes without radar are the main risks of midair collision.所以这样就觉得自己想多了，反而造成了选择时候的麻烦。想请教一下怎么定位结论呢？是前面的most of the private-plane traffic would be forced to sue outlying airfields。而不是最后一句？

结论most of the private-plane traffic would be forced to use outlying airfields 这个应该只是一个中间结论，我觉得这道题的问题是出题人玩的一个新花招，不问最后的总结论而关注于中间结论。
