C错是因为along with不对吗

是的，将原来是属于主句的并列成分变成是次要成分去了

在者，从逻辑的意思来看：

原句表明的fears是lowering的，B很好地与a lowering of interest rates进行并列

而C项就的fears就不见了lowering了，会引起混淆，究竟这里的along with是与前面的interest rates并列的呢，还是与主句其他成分并列。

在GMAT，只要是容易让人产生歧义的，都是错误的。

你再体会一下。^^
