答案：B

知道的是：the other是两个之间，one another是三个及三个以上。可以排除E；

 

不明白为什么A不能选？

这是相互代词的习惯用法 -- 只有两种形式：each other, one another.

A both blame the other -- 逻辑上有问题，自己可以体会一下，假设有N M两个人: N blames M and M blames N. In the given context, it is not right to say that both N and M blame N (or M).
