Professional certificate is just a piece of paper, so it can't guarantee you a good job or a smooth career.

Sure the business school cares more about your work experience, for performance counts. If you work in Mckinsey or GS, almost everyone will think you are smart and highly competitive. If you managed to become a high-level manager as soon as can be, it can also confirm you are a candidate of high caliber.

A high GMAT score is a plus, but only one of many prerequisites if your target is top-tier business schools.

商学院有骗钱嫌疑，如果申请者有高盛或者雷曼等金融公司的工作经验，录取委员会就认为他们比其他申请人有优势。

但事实是，正是这些笨蛋申请者埋下了金融危机的祸根，我无法相信在这些公司的工作经验会被认为具有商业天赋

的确是这样，所以商学院一直说要potential candidates, 其实也是为了提高人才培养出来后的成功率吧。
