伦敦实施了一个air-pollution regulations on local industry ——> 伦敦看得见的鸟的种类变多了（dramatically）——>相似的regulations可以在相似的城市推广

错选了B，感觉B架桥只架了一半的感觉，只说regulations让空气质量变好了，空气变好和鸟变多的关系却没有说啊？为什么算assumption？

查以前的讨论都是说A的almost entirely by local industry错了，觉得还有有点道理的，air-pollution regulation 是on local industry的，而管理之后鸟是dramatically变多的啊，如果其他城市的主要污染源不是local industry 那么效果肯定不是dramatically的，也就没有imposed in others的必要了？

原文只是说伦敦在local industry上实施了空气污染管理之后鸟多了那我们就想当然认为是local industry造成了空气问题 事实上原文并没有说到底谁该为空气污染负责我们不能主观臆断！

想到这里将A取非没有削弱结论（反而部分支持了）因此A不是假设

突破思维局限需要我们将自己的大脑“重启” 抛弃以往观念一切从新开始

这里A取非，即其他城市的空气污染问题不是由本地企业造成的，引进这种regulation还是对鸟变多有一定效果的，所以A取非不能削弱结论。A不是假设条件

是的无论什么假设它的反面如果削弱或推翻结论它的正面一定是结论成立的必要条件

A的反面是其他城市的空气污染问题不全是由本地企业造成的（是什么造成的不用多想非充分性的体现）部分支持了结论 Similar air-pollution rules should be imposed in other major cities.

B的反面说air-pollution rules不是很有效那么就没有必要在其他城市实施削弱了结论（只是削弱不是推翻）所以B是假设

不是完全由本地工业造成，有必要让其他城市去限制这个不是完全原因的污染源，好像有点牵强。
