请问本题题号是什么？

B中500M species前缺少the，使得暗含了“世界上一共不止500M种species”的意思，而原句表达的意思是“世界上一共有500M种”，所以意思不对。

过去时表示动作发生在过去，并且已经完成，B中用appeared表示现在全都灭绝了，时态不对。

B和E都用了have vanished，表示灭绝的动作从以前到现在的一段时间都没完成，还在进行中，这时appear用与其平行的时态have appeared不会错。
