对比prep-9的C选项笔记给的解释是according to的逻辑主语不对（同时后半句也有问题，这里我只针对according to的逻辑主语问）和大全中天山某题的C选项的答案这里的逻辑主语是minority graduates 根据prep笔记的说法这里的逻辑主语也错误拉

对这个问题很搞不明白想问according to的逻辑主语到底是什么

我认为不用考虑 according to 逻辑主语问题，其逻辑主语应为未在句中出现的人，象一些被动语态的用法一样，也不需要交待清楚谁作了动作

见 Longman 里的例子

According to police, Miller was arrested at the scene of the robbery.

You still owe $235, according to our records.

The company specializes in office furniture, according to owner Sandy Norby.

问题是许多说法在平时的语法里面都是存在的但是GMAT里面不一定

关于这个问题想求证是否PREP笔记里面这点说的有问题

能否给个其他被动语态不需要交代清楚谁发出动作的例子
