rising interest rates复数主语排除A，a rise 单数主语排除CD。E里面it 指代不明。选B

主要考察主谓一致

A．主谓一致问题。
Rates和makes不对应。Rising是adj。Buy限制了them，因此这里them指代无歧义。

B．正确。Buy on credit 分期付款

C. make-->makes
主谓不一致

为什么B是make doing ..可以这样用吗

B里面为神马不能理解成rising rates是动名词作主语，这样就应该用单数make吧

我觉的是a.
b,c,d 谓语错误，rates 是interest的复数，这个句子的主语是“上调利息”，所以是单数。

rise不是动词吧，raise才是动词。如果用动名词作主语也应该是 raising rates..
