DS is the median salary of 21 teachers less than the average:

1. the average salary is 445,200 (u mean the total of the 21 teachers' salary right?)

2. the 12 of the teachers, each earn less than 21,000

option 1: gives avg=21,200. but some can make 1million and some can make very little. not sufficent

option 2: does not know the average. not sufficent

Answer is C right?
