我记得lzm说过gmat的语法里all 和only的位置不能变, 例如all not就不能改成not all, 类似的not only就不能变成only not, 这题为什么选E?

我感觉LZM的话不可全信，这就是为什么他的书有很大争议的例子之一吧。

语法题目很多不用理解句意，但是这题一定要。

Soviet audiences have seen a great deal of coverage.是作为not all the proceedings of the Communist party conference held in Moscow were carried live的结果。

如果所有的都没有carried live，怎么会有Soviet audiences have seen a great deal of coverage结果？

句意最优先吧。
