标题: OG11第79题代词who的疑惑
The Pathenon was a church from 1204 until 1456,when Athens was taken by General Mohammed Conqueror,the Turkish sultan,who established a mosque in the building and used the Acropolls as fortness.

这儿的who到底指代谁哦？是General还是Athens哦，答案就是原句，，但为什么不能是establishing 和using来引导阿？

上面两位解释的很好。

我想讨论一个题外话，这个句子怎么看都比较 "awkward"，就像一个大雪人，头（核心部分）好小 -- The Pathenon was a church from 1204 until 1456。后面的那一大堆都是补充说明 1456，其中又有一堆东西讲 the Conqueror。是不是分拆成几个短句表达更好？

那既然是知道General为什么不能用ing分词形式，这样就避免了定语从句，直接用后置定语撒。。

至于LS说的，的确是，主句又短，修饰有太多，理论上短语比从句好，所以我菜想问问后置定语为什么不对？
