The one who could shed different lights on your application. If your previous two recommenders are your direct bosses, you now could select a manager from another department or a co-worder. If you just go out of school within 3 years, you could ask professor to certify your ability in academic study.
3 A additional letter. but what I suppose to write beside to re-emphsis my strong interests in the school?
to re-emphasis interest will be perfect. If you could guess some weakness or open issues in your application, such as undiscussed work gap, it could be also included.
Another question is what are the chances to get of the waiting list of UNC, can anybody tell me. is it worth to play the waiting game with the school.
For UNC, I have read some posts in BW forum that UNC has a very high percentage of WL in round 1 because it wants to wait and see the following two rounds. So don't give up. waiting only lasts for one month and soon you will know the answer.

OI have scheduled a telephone interview.
I reckon a part of the reason is that there are several mistake in one of my essay together with my low GMAT.
ANyway will one more month to find out.

UNC 把很多人放在WL. 一些R1 WL的人,在R2被录取了. 所以,你们有很大的机会在R3被录取. 别放弃. 好运!

你们问过waitlist的原因吗？虽然我没什么经验，不过觉得最好的办法是再写一篇essay陈述自己和其他申请者不同的地方，能为课堂讨论有所贡献 - 别人不能替代的，能影响同学们的想法，很有意义的那种经历，但并不一定是大事情。比如说对于我，就没什么惊天动地的事，以前还很担心没什么leadership & management experience，但后来从平淡之中又挖掘了一下，还算小中见大。我感觉UNC很看重申请人是什么样的，做事情的想法是怎样的，看到申请者的潜力。祝你们一起成功！
