A.pay的逻辑主语不是law.

B.for which从句用了被动语态造成施动者不明.

C.previously要用adj.

E.toward/to the cost...不能用for.

我也想问！！！

instead of。。。这半句在句子中做什么成分？

另外，总觉得“A instead of B”  instead of 应该进跟着A的~~

谁总结过instead of 的用法啊，急切想知道

个人认为 instead of 通常都是错的，只要是考点的时候，譬如和rather ， not  but 之类一起出现的时候是错的

但这道题里，只有一个选项出现了instead of ，就应该不是考点，不用考虑

呵呵。rather than 优于instead of 是典型的XDF法则里的吧。（丽丽的14点倾向性，哈）

其实不绝对的 很多instead of 对的题

不能同意 B的说法
Generally 在主语不明确的时候，使用被动语态的可以避免错误
所以指责B被动语态的动作发出者不明确是没有道理的
