标题: interview的时候需要递名片么？

如果需要的话，我除了当前公司，还有自己的startup，是不是要递2张呢,thanks

no (unless they ask from you)

since they have your resume and supposingly your essays (some schools use blind interview, separate from essay evaluation)

it won't affect your candidacy since what really matters is how well you presend yourself in essays and how consistent and motivated you have demonstrated in your career ladder

it's redundancy since the title and contact info are already in your resume and application forms

and it'll be confusing for adcoms since they collect biz cards for regular biz purpose

while possibly more confusing when you give them 2 different cards

if adcoms really ask for your business card (which is rare)

you may give them the one that really demonstrates your career aspiration with your ultimate personal branding

since the question is not about whether give them 1 or 2 cards, nor which card

but why you have 2 cards

and which one you're really committed to

you can save some cards too for other real business purposes

it is not mandatory to submit ur card, but if u have, why not?

BTW, u could also take ur company's brochure with u

They have your resume. They don't need your card. Wouldn't you rather focus on getting straight to the content of the interview? As for the company brochure, that is wholly unnecessary, since you should be able to communicate what it is you do without the help of external aids.
