原文是说总的退休人员中（从一地方到另一地方的）到Florida的下降了，但是因为Florida有很多适合退休人员的工作，所以这种情况会对经济有不好的影响。

答案是D项，有什么关系，总的（到别地方的）的退休人员变多了，没觉得weaken啊

原文中：在全美50个州之间互相转移的所有的转移的人数里，转移到FL的人数所占百分比降了3

D：转移的人总人数增长了非常多

所以虽然到FL的人数占全体转移人数的比率降了，但是实际转移到FL的人数可能增长了很多

所以他的Business不一定经历negative impact

一个经历negative impact 的例子：

以前到FL有7人，全体人100人，是7%

现在全体总人数增多到10000，到FL有400，占4%

该人净赚400-7=393！！！哇塞！好多的人啊！忙晕头了重病送医院，导致negative impact!!!

(*^__^*) 嘻嘻……，有个细节我没弄好，就是占比，是占总的比重下降，而我想得是FL本身和去年比比重下降了，这样看了，FL的经济是不一定受影响的，而且按照楼上第一算法，是积极的影响嘛
