请教为什么B不对呢？从句子后半句的意思来看似乎不是强调一种因果关系啊，另外，有没有make it sth that和
make it sth for sb to do sth这两种句式呢？谢谢！

with 在居首应该修饰主句主语，主句主语为 immigrants. 逻辑不对
