大全答案我觉得选D也行但是搞不清出具体原因，希望有心人能帮兄弟一把。先谢了

writing作为现在分词，逻辑主语补习时其母句主语.但是这里母句主语是形式主语it，也就是to reflect，错误。

至于E里面的in，我的看法是，如果不加in，那么后面的writing about it是一个动宾短语，加了in之后writing about it就成为了一个名词短语，而我们是要指在某件事情里面historian反应出某个现象，所以加了in更贴切。
