我能够理解答案应是选D. 我想问的是在题干中corrections facilities, 我记得名词修饰名词应用单数. 这里为什么可以用corrections (plural)修饰 facilities?

I turned to the Dictionary<金山词吧2003> and found the following line.

Corrections
The treatment of offenders through a system of penal incarceration, rehabilitation, probation, and parole, or the administrative system by which these are effectuated.
