Essential GSM Intellectual Property shall mean the Intellectual Property Rights/Patents, that, as of the time of GSM standardization pursuant to European Telecommunications Standards Institute are listed, declared or considered as essential Intellectual Property Rights/Patents for any GSM based standard, and it is nor possible to make, have made, sell, offer for sale, lease, import, export,therwise dispose of, repair, use or operate products, equipment or methods which comply with such GSM based stadard without infringing such essential Intellectual Property Rights/Patents
哪位高手能帮忙简单翻译一下么? 我彻底看晕了

尝试去分析成分，立马头也晕了。。

于是就顺着字面读了一下，发现说的说的就是GSM intellectual的公司要遵循European Telecommunications Standards。后半段说如果不遵循就会有blabla的事情不能做。
