我能理解答案为什么是C,只是我有点疑惑E是否错在：which the judges can taste,是属于文中没提供的信息。望牛人不吝指点！

E错。一是Taste原文根本就没这方面的信息，二是原文已经说了The quality of unrefined olive oil is not actually defined in terms of acidity，并且其他人怎么判断这个质量，从原文也无法推出。

E为啥不能判断判断一个东西的好坏不是人来判断是谁判断人不判断用机器判断么机器能用橄榄油么从which the judges can taste 可以理解可是前面一句话我想问是不是可以推出来而且The quality of unrefined olive oil is not actually defined in terms of acidity 这句话不是被HOWEVER后面一句话给反驳了么？也就是说 free oleic acid→未提炼的橄榄油好坏最后一句又说了橄榄油所含的free oleic acid 是判断油中酸度的标准为啥E就不对不敢苟同前辈们对E选项说的无关选项的想法来个人帮忙解答谢谢
