想了半天，还是有点迷茫在c,d选项之间。（C为正确答案）

把D填入，后半句为 indicate its presence when it is not, 不一致

能说说为什么c一致吗？我觉得也不太一致啊。。

c的it始终指代condition 不会造成误解

Someone/something detects something.
B跟D都馬上可以cross out...."Any medical test will sometimes fail to detect when..."
句子表達有問題, 根本不知道fail to detect what?
