agree引导两个并列的宾语从句，that后面是agree的具体内容。
我觉得however在这里是no matter how的意思，所以前面是个让步，而逗号后的 it 是形式主语。
However much 是 even though 的意思，所以逗号前面和后面的部分是可以对换了。However much 放在前面因为作者想强调它。
