ATK吧,估计lz有着比较好的background和潜质,如果去pg的话,发展的速度真的可能会慢一些。ATK的口碑,其实也还算不错了,虽然不是tier 1的。

AT is better! PG is not as professional as AT, it ultimately an industrial company.

It really depends on who you want to be. AT experience from the beginning would be a great plus on your professionalism and maturity of thinking style; on the other hand, if you really enjoy the process of going into marketing campaign details and see your idea have a big impact on the market, you probably would find P&G MKT very interesting.

P&G marketing is the best place for gratuates to learn how to do marketing and build brand. if you just want to be Consultant, don't recommend you joining in P&G. but if you are interesting in marketing, P&G is the best. if you can be promoted as brand manager to lead one single brand covering advertising, public relation, launch event, roadshow, channel within 3 years, you can be named as master of marketing. but it is not easy.
