在这题中，E中的WITH独立主格有何不妥？赐教。。。

E 选项的问题在于covered and accommodating 不平行。
D中也是独立主格，只是把with省略了。

那WITH和没有WITH的独立主格的区别在哪呢？

GMAT里面有with引导的独立主格一般是累赘的，基本上with都不用加出来...这点不会成为考点的.
