本人疑问在于：After做介词或连词均可以，D是分词的主动形式应该优于E的被动形式，为什么不选？

After doing ,
doing 这个动作的发出者是句子的逻辑主语，按照E的说法，则是Alaska exhausts its oil reserve. 而原文中没有这么说。
