答案选d,og 说不选e的原因是1. disclination太wordy,2.while willing造成结构不完整，但是我觉得，如果省略主谓的话while后面还是可以用的，大家觉得呢？
说下我的想法：
OG这样说，就说明在GMAT语法规则中，while分句中的主语是要补出的，即使主句主语和分句主语是相同的。
我查了下longman，里面给出的例句也是如此。
eg: I read the book while I was on the plane.
虽然不能说省略主语一定是错的，但是和D答案比较起来，应该不是最优的那个。
