答案解释：排除A的原因是A says that scholars were based on the accounts of various ancient writers.所以错/但对于第一道题是不是也有类似的原因啊？如果是的话，第一题的答案B就不对了，nn们来指点一下啊~~~~~~~~~~~~

我的理解是，过去分词在句子结尾处出现可以修饰前边的名词，即society

我不明白的是harvest自己有名词形式，为什么不用the harvest而反过来用the harvesting呢，有没有高人可以给我解释一下？

昏。。。我不懂的地方主要是Based on在这两道题中的用法，如果第一题可以用based on的话，第二题也该可以啊。。。

第一题的based on应该是做状语修饰 developed的吧，逻辑主语等于developed的主语the Mochica, 这样的话就跟第二题的A选项相似了，可第二题的A选项是被排除了啊。。。。。。高人来讲一下啊。。。。

第一题的based on应该是做状语修饰 developed的吧，逻辑主语等于developed的主语the Mochica, 这样的话就跟第二题的A选项相似了，可第二题的A选项是被排除了啊。。。。。。高人来讲一下啊。。。。

过去分词放在句首一般是做状语的，所以第二题是做状语。

而过去分词放在句尾，一般优先做定语...所以第一题based on是做定语修饰society.

位置不同功能不同。

高人果然出现啦~~~讲得太好啦！！！看了一下白勇语法，确实动词-ed形式在句尾优先就近作定语修语。多谢aeoluseros！！！
