白勇啊，还有上新东方，学到动词后面要么名词　＋　to do, 要么动词that 宾语从句．

怎么会有advises women of color that 从句，不是说这样是错误的么？？？？？

当时听课,老师以动词 allow 举例:

allow that,宾语从句,,/ allow sb to do sth 是正确的

但是　allow sb that ..宾语从句　是错的．

可是这个题目却是这样？？

建议，命令，要求等等遵循新东方的规则

但是表示告诉、通知时是不能按照新东方的规则，

否则he told me that he had no idea. 不成病句了？

同理，这里的advise是告知的意思，用法：advise sb that
