答案选的是B. rice has protein of higher quality than that in

但是我怎么觉得应该选E呢？rice has a protein higher in quality than
因为主语是rice，如果完整的话应该是 rice has a protein higher in quality than wheat does. rice和wheat 才有可比性阿
如果要用 B选项中的 that in 的话，不应该是 the protein in rice has a higher quality than that in wheat么？

请哪位NN指点一下吧！谢谢啦

in addition to的逻辑主语是Rice，那么主句的主语肯定只能是Rice 而不是Protein。

我找到原题看了一下。如果选E的话，就必须在than 后面加上does

答案中有一个that指代前面的protein，不知楼主是不是没有看清~有了这个that，虽然还是rice作主语，但已经不是rice和wheat在比了，而是rice中含的protein和wheat中含的protein在比。
而答案E同auroratian所说，少了does

哦~原来是这样哦~就是说加了that之后就改变了比较对象么？我还以为主语一定要是 protein in rice 才能和that in wheat 比较呢！

谢谢Maggiesz MM~ 那个……话说auriratian 的解释我没有看懂得说……真是不好意思，因为我认为正确的选项主语也是Rice呢，那个E的does不能省略是因为实义动词不能省略么？就是说所有的比较中前面如果出现了实意动词，后面的比较项里面就一定要加上do，是这样么？
