首先排除A,C,E，保留B和D，因为这里的B和D做同位语修饰Afro-American culture
D中there was no possibility繁琐
B中one做adj.解释为only
longman
1 only

我怎么觉得B中that修饰African culture，意思不对呀！

B整句修饰music 而其中的that是指代 one/only vector(动力)

一种(动力)-->一种无法连根拔起的非洲文化动力

that百分之九十五修饰最近的名词　但也可以跨越空间修饰更前面的　只是at考试中较少出现　却是合语法的用法
