是高频里面的一道题目

不过弄不懂Public figures指什么,也不知道后面这个or been directly affected by又是什么.

谁能帮我翻译下整个题目?谢谢~能说下思路当然更好

public figures 公众人物 directly affected by是指被直接影响

题目意思就是公众人物必须避免对自己没有经历过的或直接受影响的事物发表自己的意见
