1.生产的相对优势（Cookville内部生产产品比较）
考虑到生产的相对优势，虽然说Cookville产drill bit比其他厂节约成本，但有可能Cookville生产的其他东西（如CCC）成本更节约，效率更高，如果devoting the Cookville factory entirely to drill bit production而让其他厂生产CCC，总体成本可能不减反增。
2.（Cookville与其他地区厂）shifting all other part machine增加运输费人员调度费等，总成本仍有可能增加。
3.直接攻击论据，即Since reducing the production costs of individual machine parts is the only way to achieve our larger goal of reducing our overall production costs这句，肯定还有其他方法来减少总生产成本，给出论据缺少事实证明，不过MS应该当弱攻击了，不知道对不对= =
