C的意思是说,D大部分的revenue是来自于供应其它厂商零组件,因为文中有提到retailer的整体sales下降,就表示大部分D的revenue下降,而retailer中D的新model的成长虽在retailer方面显著,可是相对而言只占了D revenue的一小部分,就解释了原因.

their sales revenue from Denoma models actually grew, largely thanks to some innovative and popular models that Denoma introduced.

Therefore, the sales drop apparently is not from Denoma models, but from something else, such as the components.
