考点:简洁有效（Rhetorical Construction）平行对称（Parallelism）

1) 连词前面的结构包括谓语动词,则连词后面平列结构也应该含有谓语动词

1）not …but…连接平行结构。

2）不定式表目的简洁有效。

(A) the human mind is not a "blank slate," but instead that结构不平行; developed as a way of solving表达复杂,直接改为developed to solve表达目的

(B) 正确, the human mind is not a "blank slate" but instead comprises…结构平行; 用developed to solve表达目的,简洁

(D) rather than it being a "blank slate,"结构表达复杂,且it多余应该删掉; developed as a way of solving表达复杂

(E) 整个句子结构表达笨拙,复杂，两个that从句之间缺少连词; developed as a way of solving表达复杂

以上是prep语法里原文,小弟不解之处在于答案B中 not...but...怎么平行了,not后面是名词,but后跟了动词....

that　在ＧＭＡＴ语法中　只指物不指人

这道题我也不明白　当初看的时候都没注意到　稀里糊涂过去了　期望ＮＮ来解答下吧～谢谢啦

D,E both are awkward and redundant because of "being", C: "it" is redundant, A: "but" is a conjunction that should be followed by structures such as S + V + O.

be动词放在并列结构之外很常见的...lz可以收集一下这些例子

but 作连词，如果其后主语省略的话那么它在逻辑上的主语就是主句的主语，这里but的主语是the human mind，而且是is not a "blank slate" 和 comprises 的平衡！！！我是这样想的，你看看对不？？？
