不是高手...觉得B的逻辑主语不对...

chance意思是可能性的时候应该用chance of，而不是chance that,chance to.

chance意思是机会的时候才能用chance that/to

prep 2-9里面有类似用法

非常感谢！已经提供了最有用的知识点！答案是C，其他的原因是recognize和treat跟symptoms之间是被动关系。必须使用-ed分词修饰。
