I'd like to start this thread to share the latest application updates for Darden 2009 Round 1 with all you buddy. Hope it is useful for all the dream chasers.

Here is mine:

Applicant from mainland China.

Submitted on 10/28. Got the email notifying the status change on 10/29 ("Application Complete"). Still waiting for the interview.

same here. the first package finished. do not have much expectation from Darden. Anyway, if i get the interview, that will be great.

Pending应该就是Review过了吧？

"pending" should indicate under reviewing process. just be patient.

Got to know that there will be "pending committee review" status after the "pending" status. So complex...

not yet. According to some info. on BW, "pending" = ready for review & "pending committee review" = under review.

Happy to find that the status has been changed to "Pending Alumni Interview". It seems that Darden starts to send out the interview invitation for international applicants. Good luck to all of us!

知道有收到的，并且很快面试。但是，看他们的Admission Director的视频说他们在认真看每个人的东西，所以很慢，1月31日前都有可能收到面试通知的。

现在面完了，还是要焦急的等待，跟等面试一样焦急。

听说国内的MM在新年前就收到面试了，我的怎么还在pending committee review, 唉心急啊，害怕一直是这样的状态知道1.30突然就被ding了，怕怕呀。。。祈祷祈祷，虔心祈祷。。。

其他的战友们现在是啥状态啊？

Darden似乎是比较慢的，会坚持到deadline前才发完面试。Keep faith.

Don't worry about it. A classmate of mine applied for round 2 and was interviewed 3 days after the round 2 offer deadline. She was offered a spot with scholarship. Let me know if you have any more questions. Sorry for writing in English. Don't have the Chinese software.
