偶觉得是原题出得不好。应该在“committee of experts”后加“that.”

原句:

Dr. Faden was named by the White House this week as chairwoman of the Federal advisory committee of experts that has been assigned to assess the history and ethics of the Government's radiation experiments on humans that have been recently receiving so much attention.
