我做的时候选的是B可是答案是D，查了几个版本有的选B有的选d， 大家帮我看看啊，我觉得还是B好呢，d好像没有关系
应该是D。
要比较的是Gel和Lozenges，由此评估结论涂鼻子和口服哪个好。而不是一种口服药和另一种口服药的区别。
试想，B选项，无论是和否的回答，都只能说明口服的效果，而无法比较涂鼻子和口服的效果。

说不定别的药药效比较强，所以治疗效果比涂鼻子的ZINC好
