这是个“名词+介词短语”的独立主格作challenges的同位语，名词是很长的一串，一是为防止头重脚轻，二来them需要明确指代challenges，就把介词短语among them提前了。

D答案还原后 sales of the company’s powerful microprocessor chip，不是犯了of + 所有格的大忌了吗？白勇和PREP语法笔记都提到这种形式是错误的

还有，谁可以把这个独立主格的倒装还原看一下，麻烦了

还是没有太懂……是amoung them做challenges的同位语，还是用threat / decline in sales做challenges的同位语，+ amoung them提前？
如果是第一种，介词短语怎么做同位语，不是应该名词才能做么？
如果是第二种，介词+名词，+名词性短语，构成的是个什么样子的句子？结构好奇怪
求解～
