这道题觉得Prep上说的不够清楚，所以希望哪位牛牛能够指点一下！

 

最好5个选项都能解释一下！

上面这道的问题主要是觉得A的结构也不完整，少了that; 所以想问一下it was said that 中的that 能省吗？

这道题主要是想问D里面的and at a lower cost做什么成分的，还有它是于谁并列的？E为什么不对，to cost less与to deliver a heavier load of instruments并列不对吗？？？
