我想问，a new
phenomena，which is,are。是哪个谓语不一致了？为什么啊？那个phenomena不是复数吗？是因为前面有a
new限定，就成了一个单数的个体了吗？

应该只是输入错误。GMAT不会在这种地方出考点的，因为这是低级错误---phenomena是复数不能用a修饰。
