我的问题是为什么double不用过去式doubled?那些数字都是过去的啊

因为这里的double是形容词，修饰前面的9percent

个人认为是同位语吧，as in 1977

总觉得for 1977不太对   为什么不是OF  

还有  那个DOUBLE的问题  我也想不明白
